In this class we will explore the vital skill of reading product labels to uncover hidden toxins in our food
and everyday products. We will also dive into the common toxins that may be present in our homes and how
to eliminate them for a healthier environment. You’ll learn practical strategies to make informed healthier choices for you and your family. Additionally, we will discuss the role of supplements in supporting your health and well being, and how to select the right ones to complement your journey toward a toxin-free lifestyle.

Tiny Tots provides an opportunity for children to participate in a variety of activities and to expand social and developmental horizons in a supervised and secure environment. Its almost that time of year to remove your recreational vehicles from City Streets & Alleys. Ordinance #422 states recreational vehicles are to remain off City Streets and Alleys for the period of December 1 to March 1 in order for efficient snow removal. Recreational vehicles (motor homes, campers, boat trailers, utility trailers and others) not removed from the city streets and alleys will be tagged & towed.
